Annual Rummage Sale Coming Up May 17--Please start collecting your gently used clothing and household items for our annual Rummage Sale, which will be held on Saturday, May 17.This raises about $3,000 each year for our various outreach efforts, and is also a service to members of our community. Items needed (in good condition) include, but are not limited to clothing, toys, books, kitchen items, home decor and holiday items, bric-a-brac, furniture, small appliances, bikes, and athletic equipment. Please make sure anything electrical is in good working order! You may drop off your items beginning Sunday, May 11 after church in Bishop's Hall, and throughout the following week during office hours. Limited pick-ups will be available for larger items. We also need volunteers to help sort items throughout the week, and to work the day of the event; watch for a signup sheet. Call Kerrie Sadler at 818-879-9507 with any questions. Thank you!
Formation
Does the Bible really say THAT?
Wednesdays April 30, May 7, 14, 21, and 28 from 7:30-9:00 p.m.
Please join us for this 5-week series, taught by the Rev. Melissa McCarthy, in which we will explore the Bible, introduce you to major Biblical themes and characters, learn historical information about how the Bible came to be, as well as gain helpful techniques for reading the Bible on your own. Designed for anyone who is interested in learning and especially for those who know absolutely nothing about the Bible, this series will be relaxed, informative, and non-threatening! Please contact the church office for more information.
Epiphany’s new blog is a great way to stay connected during the busy work week! Check it out at www.epiphanyepicenter.blogspot.com or via the church website. Also, if you have not already done so, be sure to visit Epiphany’s web site (www.tcote.org) and sign up to receive regular announcements from your church.
